A. J. Godfrey #07 – end grain chopping board
This end grain chopping board is made from a mix of reclaimed beech and oak. Designed for durability and daily use, each board features a unique pattern that highlights the natural character of the grain.
The oak comes from countertops salvaged from Arthur Godfrey’s butcher shop, demolished in the early 1960s to make way for the Hammersmith Flyover. The wood was stored for over 60 years before arriving in the workshop.
